Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu Showcases Lagos at Inaugural Polish-Nigerian Economic Forum
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has reaffirmed Lagos State’s commitment to global economic partnerships at the inaugural Polish-Nigerian Economic Forum, hosted by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency in collaboration with the Embassy of Poland.
Speaking at the event, held in Lagos, Governor Sanwo-Olu highlighted the state’s economic potential, vast investment opportunities, and ongoing transformation as Africa’s leading business hub.
He described the forum as a valuable platform to strengthen bilateral trade relations, attract foreign investment, and unlock new areas of collaboration that will deliver tangible benefits to Lagosians.
“This forum is a great opportunity to share Lagos’ story, connect with partners, and explore new avenues for collaboration that can create real opportunities for our people,” Sanwo-Olu said.
The forum brought together key stakeholders from both countries, with discussions centered on trade, investment, infrastructure, and technology partnerships aimed at deepening Polish-Nigerian economic cooperation.
