Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu Invites Citizen Who Sued Him, Reaffirms Lagos as Home for All
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has once again demonstrated leadership by extending an invitation to a Lagosian who had sued him over alleged blocking on X (formerly Twitter).
For Governor Sanwo-Olu, every Lagosian remains his citizen, and government–citizen engagement is a guiding principle of his administration. He has consistently emphasized the importance of dialogue, ensuring that the government remains accessible to the people at every opportunity.
Special appreciation was also extended to Festus Ogun, who displayed commendable maturity, understanding, and a willingness to continue engaging constructively for the growth and development of Lagos State.
The Governor reaffirmed that governance is a collective responsibility, and that collaboration between leaders and citizens remains central to building a stronger and more inclusive Lagos.
