President Tinubu Meets Macron at Élysée Palace, Strengthens Nigeria–France Ties

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu held a productive lunch meeting with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace in Paris, where both leaders reviewed key areas of cooperation and reaffirmed their commitment to deepening bilateral relations.

The discussions centered on strengthening economic, security, energy, and cultural partnerships between Nigeria and France, with both presidents agreeing to pursue initiatives that foster mutual prosperity and contribute to global stability.

President Tinubu emphasized Nigeria’s readiness to engage with France as a strategic partner in Africa, leveraging opportunities in trade, investment, and sustainable development.
